If you placed your order before 15:00, you should have received an email at 15:30 letting you know when to expect your delivery. If you didn’t receive an email please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll fix it as soon as we can.
DO YOU DELIVER NATIONALLY?
Unfortunately not at the moment. We’re currently trialling our delivery service in Cape Town and surrounds, but as soon as the kinks are ironed out national delivery will be the next thing to arrive.
I’M NOT AVAILABLE TO TAKE DELIVERY IN MY ALLOTTED TIME
When placing your order, please be sure to tell us when you won’t be available. If something has come up, as it sometimes does, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a different delivery time. We have limited drivers at the moment though, so any last-minute changes in your delivery slot may result in your delivery being moved to the next day.
DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS?
We deliver as per what’s permitted according to National COVID-19 regulations. Barring regulation changes, we will deliver until the end of business on Friday afternoon. We have limited drivers at the moment and would like to give them the weekend off to rest. #WorkLifeBalance. If you still crave some LOCAL, please come by the taproom during opening hours, and we can hook you up.
MY BEER DOESN’T TASTE QUITE RIGHT
The beers undergo strict quality control both before and after packaging to ensure they leave our factory the way they’re meant to. However, if you’re unsatisfied with your delivery, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll arrange to pick up the beers and issue you with a full refund or replacement order (as long as you haven’t drunk your full order as yet). We also ask that you please tell us what went wrong so that we can investigate and prevent it from happening again.
Orders that are returned at no fault to LOCAL Brewery may incur a small handling fee.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the products reach our brewery, as long as they are still intact and in good condition. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment used to secure the order.

WHERE ARE YOU?
LOCAL Brewery & Co can be found at 35 Sussex Street, Woodstock. Look for us on your favourite maps apps, or roll down Sussex Street from Victoria Road, keeping a look out for our bright red roller shutter door and blue lightbox on the right-hand side.
WHY IS YOUR TAPROOM CLOSED?
The LOCAL taproom isn’t always closed, we are open Fridays from 3pm to 9pm and open all other days for any private events and tastings (booking essential ofcourse)
I LIKE THE BEERS YOU SERVE IN THE TAPROOM AND WOULD LIKE TO TAKE SOME HOME
That’s great news! We have a small supply of growlers available to purchase, which will allow you to take home 2L of fresh beer straight from the tank. They come with a lid so you don’t have to finish it all at once, and can be reused. Buy your own growler, bring it along, and take home some of that fresh fresh beer.
I’D LIKE TO HOST A FUNCTION AT YOUR TAPROOM
That’s amazing! Email us your date and details at [email protected] and we’ll confirm if the space is available. Besides hosting your own event, we also offer “Brew your own beer” days where you and your friends/colleagues can learn about how beer is made and brew your very own beer (with or without recipe guidance) We will ferment it, package it, label it, and deliver it to your door.
WHY CAN’T I SPEND MY HARD EARNED PHYSICAL CASH AT LOCAL?
Unfortunately handling cash is just not something we’re up for right now. Transporting and holding large quantities of cash on-site and on the road needs stronger nerves than we currently have, so for now we only accept electronic methods of payment like SnapScan, and all cards. If you need assistance setting up a SnapScan account we will be happy to help.
WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR BEERS?
For now only on our website. We’re still getting started, and are also trying to keep the cost of beers as low as we can. We’ll be sure to update this as soon as we’re more widely available.
